Help! My package is lost or stolen.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend reaching out to your courier asap.

Also, please remember that human items are shipped separately and sometimes take a little longer. If you have any other questions feel free to contact us, and we’ll try and help.


What countries do you ship to?

We currently only offer shipping within the USA.


Are shipping costs refundable?

All shipping costs are non-refundable.


What if I put in the wrong mailing address?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for re-shipping items sent back to us due to an incorrect mailing address.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes.


When will my order ship?

Your order will be on its way within 1-3 business days. Tell your pooch to hold tight!


What shipping methods do you use?

We use USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS.


I ordered human and dog clothes and didn’t get one of them!

All our human apparel is made to order, so it ships separately. Please allow 4-6 weeks on all human items. 


 

Do you ship to Washington, D.C.?

 
At this time, we do not ship to Washington, D.C. due to the high legal risk posed by the D.C. Consumer Protection Procedures Act (CPPA), which has been used to target small businesses with predatory lawsuits.
 
We proudly ship to all other U.S. states and territories, and we appreciate your understanding as we take steps to protect our business and community.
